Is Supersmile Teeth Whitening Toothpaste Better than Colgate?

What do Johnny Depp, Calvin Klein and Ivana Trump have in common? Apart from surreal wealth and fame, they all endorse Supersmile Tooth Whitening Toothpaste. It’s a new product and cosmetic dentists in the US are already writing favourable reviews.
It actively dissolves that unpleasant, icky film (the ‘protein pellicle’) that forms on teeth – the stuff that stains and the stuff that bacteria and plaque just love to cling to. And there isn’t an abrasive in sight; Supersmile utilises a patented product called Calprox to whiten. By using the Supersmile Accelerator Kit to get the process started and then brushing regularly with the toothpaste, the company claims it’ll lighten teeth noticeably after one week, swiftly removing surface stain caused by the ‘usual suspects’ – tea coffee, red wine.
Supersmile dental floss and mouth rinse are also available. Be warned – this isn’t like popping into the drugstore and picking up a tube of Colgate; at around $20 a tube, this toothpaste isn’t cheap. So don’t just smile – Supersmile?
