Craftsman 88957: Blasting Away Pesky Snow on a Budget
November 27, 2009 BY

One of the facts of living in a winter wonderland is that snow needs to be cleared away. That’s why man invented the snow blower, to conquer Mother Nature!
The Craftsman 88957 is a very cost effective two-stage snow blower that runs on gasoline. The blower is self-propelled and has six forward and two reverse speeds and the unit has an electric starter. The Craftsman 88957 also includes a polymer chute and skid shoes. There’s a 24-inch clearing width as well, which provides great coverage.
The Craftsman also has single handed steering while adjusting the chute with the other. The downsides of the unit include a lack of power steering, a headlight that costs extra, and a relatively small engine.
