The puzzles range from the ubiquitous puzzles like word makers and picture assemblers to the mind boggling Sudoku and number squares. The puzzles cater to the needs of people of virtually all age groups. The trial version is still not in the gold stage of development and will almost certainly have some bugs, which will be cleaned up in the final version.
However, the trial version is still loads of fun, especially when you have someone to try it with. Get together with your friends or family and try your hand at these puzzles today. It may keep your brain healthier than any other thing around.

Water does not just cover ¾th of the Earth. It also covers as much as 90% of your brain. Surprised? Water is the key behind keeping your brain in good health. It maintains the balance between acid and base, transfers protein to the brain cells, and also helps in keeping the blood flowing properly throughout the brain. Dehydration can severely affect your brain, slowing down the flow of blood to the axons and dendrons. The results can be double vision, dizziness, or even fainting. For these reasons, it is absolutely imperative that you drink plenty of water every day to keep your brain functioning properly.
Water will help to keep your gray cells healthy. The supply of nutrition to the cells will also help those to resist damage inflicted due to the normal aging process of the body. Next time you take an exam or engage in some activity that requires brainstorming, make sure you drink plenty of water beforehand. That will help you tackle the problem at hand in a much better manner. You will also gain significantly more benefits from any brain training regime that you may be following. So, drink up!
